| TRINITY SCHOLARS PROGRAM |

At the end of each academic year, Trinity Home Loans awards an academic scholarship
to one area high school senior for undergraduate study. The award is disbursed
directly to the academic institution, provided the recipient conforms to the requirements
set forth in the award. The recipient may select any major at any four year college
or university. | | Scholarship applications
may be obtained beginning June 1 of the summer prior to the student's senior year
in high school. Students may download and print the PDF application form. All
applications must be submitted via fax, mail or hand delivered to Trinity Home

ELIGIBILITY: - Students who attend public school, private school, or
are home schooled, have completed their junior year, and reside in one of the
following cities:
Flower Mound, Highland Village, Argyle, Bartonville, Lantana,
Copper Canyon, Double Oak
- The Scholarships are awarded based
on scholastic ability and extracurricular leadership.
- Applicants
must provide verification that they have taken any one of the following
exams and received a score of at least:

INSTRUCTIONS: - The Scholarship
Application may be opened, downloaded and printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader by

If you do not
have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you may download it here.
- Complete each line or question. Anything left blank will
result in the application not being considered. Also, "N/A" is not an acceptable
answer. "None" or "Zero" may be used where appropriate.
- If you do
not understand any item, call Trinity Home Loans at 972-434-8400, X207 for guidance.
- Submit all items shown at the bottom of the Scholarship Application together
in one package.
- Only mailed, faxed or personally delivered applications
with required attachments from applicants meeting the eligibility requirements
above will be accepted.
- Application packages must be received
by April 15th to be eligible for the current year's scholarship.

NOTES: - Finalists are named
monthly and will be recognized in the local newspaper.
- Selected
finalists will be invited in for a personal interview and will be notified if
they have been awarded a Trinity Home Loans Scholarship.
- Scholarship
funds will be disbursed directly to the 4 year institution at which the student
is enrolled. Half of the scholarship will be paid for each of the first two semesters
of enrollment as a full time student.
- If the institution can
not accept the funds, then the student will need to produce a paid receipt from
the 4 year institution. The student or his/her legal guardian will receive the
scholarship funds as reimbursement.
- Students must maintain a
2.0 GPA or better, enrolled as a full time student, and remain in good standing
with the instituion at which they are enrolled to continue to receive scholarship
funds. Failure to meet these guidelines will result in cancellation of future
scholarship payments.
- A copy of the student's transcript must
be submitted at the end of each semester to validate these requirements.
